“ Super Strikers ” is a virtual reality cricket challenge organized by SportzVR in Association with Hangout & Urban Junction

Definitions
Match - A single match consists of a 3 over game inside iB Cricket Software. Matches only under the Super Strikers Challenge package will be considered for this contest. You will have 5 wickets in hand.
Player/Participant - Any individual who registers for and plays Super Strikers challenge.Over - A single over consists of 6 balls in iB CricketRun(s) - The participant can score 0 - 6 runs for every ball in iB CricketWide - Participant will be awarded a wide if the ball pitches outside of the wide line and the participant doesn’t go for a shot and make contact with the ball.Byes - Participant will be awarded byes if participant doesn’t offer a shot and the Wicket keeper misfields the ball.Score - Score is the number of runs scored in a single “3 over” game.Wickets - Each player can lose a maximum of 5 wickets in the 5 Overs match.6s - The number of 6s scored by the player in a single match. 4s - The number of 4s scored by the player in a single match
Format of Super Strikers.
Once you Register, you are eligible to play 2 Games of 5 overs each (3 wickets). And the 3 Overs match ends either when the player completes playing all 5 overs or loses all 3 wickets whichever is earlier.The players will be ranked after the challenge ends by top Score.In case of number of 6s being equal, the number of 4s scored in the match will be taken as the criteria for rankingIn case of equal scores and equal number of 6s and 4s for any two players, the player with lesser number of wickets lost will be ranked higher.In case of everything being equal i.e., score, no. of 6s, no. of 4s, no of wickets lost, all the people will be given the same rankThe next rank in such a case would be the current rank added to the number of people with the same rank. For example, if 2 people have the same rank of 2, the next rank awarded would be 4.
Selection of winnersThe winners will be selected based on their scores which will be ranked as per the ranking criteria above.Top 16 scores will go to the Final Round. The challenge leaderboard will decide the winner. https://www.facebook.com/sportzvr
In case of any tie in the top 10 rankings, the company can keep a tie breaker (details will be communicated about the tie break during the announcement of winners).The Super Strikers Challenge will be on 1st January 2024 to 20th January 2024. Customers can participate in Super Strikers Challenge at SportzVR - Hangout & Urban Junction Location y.The participants will be ranked as per the ranking criteria described herein and the challenge winners will be Rewarded.The winners are required to be present physically at the time of redeeming the Winning Vouchers & Prizes.In case any winner fails to collect his/her prize within the above mentioned time due to any circumstances outside the control of the company, the company will not bear the responsibility of delivering the prize to the winner.
The company will not be held responsible for any situations outside the company’s control which may lead to cancellation or modification of the Tournament.
No person in direct or indirect association either in the present or in the past with SportzVR shall be considered eligible for participating in the Super Strikers Team Challenge.
Right of admission
The challenge and vouchers are subject to Force Majeure. SportzVR reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms at any time and without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of SportzVR will be Final.In addition to these terms and conditions, the customer also needs to agree and abide by Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions mentioned on Cricket Website (sportzvr.com).The winners of Super Strikers Challenge are eligible to avail the Vouchers as mentioned below :

Eligibility:
1. This contest is open to all legal residents of India, who are 8 years of age or older as of the contest start date. Residents who are under the age of 16 will be allowed to participate only under the supervision of their legal guardian.

By participating in the contest, you hereby agree to the collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the contest ‘Terms and Conditions’. The information collected for the challenge will only be limited to the participant's name, age, gender, email address and phone number .
The information collected will be used for the below listed purposes
Name - For displaying the participant’s rank on the challenge
Age - To check the participant’s eligibility for the challenge
Gender - To create the participant’s avatar in the game
Email Address & Phone Number - To send official communications and promotions about SportzVR.
We will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online or during the game registration process in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to opt-out.

If you are registering to this website, You are automatically giving the following consent. I (“Participant”) & Parents of Participants, (If "Participants" under the age of 18), authorize SportzVR - Virtual Reality Gaming, acting through its agents, employees, or representatives, to take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me, including my name, my image, my likeness, my performance. I also grant SportzVR an unlimited right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, perform, broadcast, create derivative works from, and distribute the Recordings in any manner or media now existing or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, throughout the world. I agree that the Recordings may be used by SportzVR, including its assigns and transferees, for any purpose, including but not limited to, marketing, advertising, publicity, or other promotional purposes. I agree that SportzVR will have final editorial authority over the use of the Recordings, and I waive any right to inspect or approve of any future use of the Recordings.. I release and fully discharge SportzVR, and its employees, agents, and representatives, from any claim, damages, or liability arising from or related to my participation in the Recordings or SportzVR future use of the Recordings.
I also acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for my participation in the VR experience. I hereby release, hold harmless any employee or authorized volunteer of the SportzVR, or other employee involved in the facilitation of the equipment an experience (hereafter referred to as “facilitators”) and indemnify them, the SportzVR and its offers against any or all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees and expenses), damages and liabilities arising out of, connected with, or resulting from my VR participation including without limitation, those resulting from the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use or operation of such equipment. Additionally, this release shall be binding upon my estate, my heirs, my representatives and assigns. I hereby certify that I, or the minor participant for whom I am legally responsible, am/is in good health and do/does not suffer from a heart condition, contagious dermatological condition, or other ailment which could be exacerbated by participation in the VR experience, or pose a risk to other participants.
